Divya Rashad's experience in property management extends over 30 years, of which the last 25 have been with Andrews Organization. Starting out as an assistant manager, she rose quickly and steadily within the company. Her positions included manager, senior manager, Executive Vice President, and her current position of COO. Her hands-on involvement in every department in the company has resulted in an unprecedented combination of insight into the management needs of NYC real estate, along with the knowledge of how to best provide those services. Divya's experience, tireless work ethic, and keen business sensibility has contributed greatly to Andrews Organization's status as one of the preeminent management companies in New York.

Andrews Organization was founded in 1987 by Eugene Andrews to fill the need for higher-level real estate management in Manhattan. What began as a one-person company intent on providing top-quality services to co-ops and condominiums, has grown into an esteemed organization through client referrals.
Today, Andrews Organization services over 300 buildings throughout New York City. We offer a comprehensive real estate enhancement program including oversight and management of daily building operations, budgeting and financial analysis, and 24-hour emergency response. Our Capital Projects Division oversees major construction projects, working with the finest architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality workmanship at all levels.

Stuart Smolar has been a part of the Andrews Organization team for over 24 years. A native New Yorker, Stuart brings a broad educational and work experience background, which includes a degree in Civil Engineering with an Economics minor, working as an analyst and floor trader on Wall Street, and running his family's hardware / contracting company for over 15 years. When the opportunity to apply these talents towards property management presented itself, it was a natural fit as these are all significant facets of any building's needs. Once at Andrews, Stuart rapidly rose from assistant manager to property manager to senior manager in 2 years, eventually being named as a Vice President. He is currently the firm's Executive Vice President.
Christopher Howe joined Andrews in 2004 as a Manager-Trainee and became a full-time Property Manager later that year, being promoted to Senior Property Manager in 2007. Since that time, he has held various positions within the organization and was promoted to Vice President of Management in 2018. Christopher has always taken a hands-on approach to property management – interacting closely with Boards, Managers, and the vendors who service Andrews' clients.
Robin Miller, a lifetime Brooklynite, joined the Andrews Organization over 9 years ago. Utilizing her 18+ years of experience in the property management field, Robin oversees the myriad activities within her portfolio with a fierce approach. Her involvement in educating her boards on issues such as new code requirements, long-term planning, and staff matters is unparalleled. Robin brings that same dedication to the supervision of her Andrews' management team, providing other managers with the tools and understanding to similarly educate and service their buildings. In addition to her dedication to Andrews Organization, Robin has volunteered and served as an advocate in the Autism community, including with local schools and the NYC Board of Education over many years.
Edmund Lew studied Finance and Accounting at Stern School of Business at NYU and started in an entry level position at Andrews while still in school. In the past year, Edmund has helped broker 21 refinances and currently oversees an adept team of 12 account managers. Edmund has impeccable analytical skills coupled with the ability to convey difficult and evolving NYC governing policies and their effect on budgets to board members – seasoned and new alike.
Debora Angelico has been a real estate and project management professional for over 22 years. Specializing in servicing condominiums and cooperatives in the five boroughs, she is a highly experienced PM and supervisor. Prior to entering the real estate field, Debora owned and operated an interior renovation business. She is the executive support system for Andrews' Capital Projects Team, skilled in strategic planning & analysis, operation optimization, and relationship development.
