Eugene Andrews holds Master's Degrees from Columbia University in Philosophy and Political Science. In 1976, Gene purchased an unfinished loft in Noho in a self-managed, non-staffed manufacturing building. This was one of the first co-op conversions in the area and where Gene began his hands-on apprenticeship encompassing all facets of building operations.
In 1987 Gene founded Andrews Building Corporation, now Andrews Organization, to bring his experience, work ethic, and acquired knowledge to grow his company. Today Andrews Organization provides quality real estate property management services to over 300 co-ops and condominiums throughout New York City.
