2024/2025 Tax Abatement Application

The annual Cooperative/Condominium Property Tax Abatement is a program offered by the New York City Department of Finance to reduce the property taxes of shareholders and unit owners. This tax abatement is issued annually for the City’s prior fiscal year and is available to shareholders and unit owners who meet the following criteria.

  • The co-op/condo unit must be the owner’s primary residence.
  • For units owned by a trust, the unit must be the primary residence of either the trustee, or beneficiary.
  • If you own up to 3 units, one of them must be your primary residence.

The Andrews Organization files the annual Property Tax Abatement on behalf of your co-op/condominium. In order for The Andrews Organization to submit this year’s filing, you MUST complete the survey below, failure to submit this information may result in loss of the 2024/2025 tax abatement.  Deadline to submit is January 31, 2024.
