Andrews Organization was founded in 1987 by Eugene Andrews to fill the need for higher-level real estate management in Manhattan. What began as a one-person company intent on providing top-quality services to co-ops and condominiums, has grown into an esteemed organization through client referrals.
Today, Andrews Organization services over 300 buildings throughout New York City. We offer a comprehensive real estate enhancement program including oversight and management of daily building operations, budgeting and financial analysis, and 24-hour emergency response. Our Capital Projects Division oversees major construction projects, working with the finest architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure quality workmanship at all levels.
Our team of skilled managers collaborates with boards and owners, building staff, and residents to ensure that our services exceed expectations. We are proud to have built a clientele that values our dependability, transparency, and commitment to excellence.
